    Was hoping for a good experience but in the end turned out horrible. Was advised that our rental vehicle would be covered under our ICBC claim but glass ordered took 4 days to come in so costs over and above were not covered - they are supposed to offer a courtesy vehicle in such cases but did not. When asked to work with us was told they have no interest and is not their problem. Nigel was super nice when trying to get the business, once done he couldn't care less.

    I do not recommend.

    I had my Pontiac driver side window smashed from a break in and had it replaced here. They were fast and did a great job replacing it and cleaning up the mess.
